Starting a return
Contact AirGuide or a support specialist with your order number and purchase email. Returns require authorization before they are sent to our warehouse.
Refund timing
After the warehouse receives and inspects the return, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies by provider.
Damaged delivery
If your AER One arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly. A person will review the shipment before replacement or refund approval.
