Timing
Orders normally leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and customs reviews can take longer.
Tracking
When your parcel is accepted by the carrier, we add its tracking number to your order and send a shipment notification. The order lookup page always shows our latest normalized status.
Split shipments
Larger sets may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel receives its own tracking number, while your order remains grouped in one place.
